Ball Slide type LSP has a cage comprising a rack-and-pinion mechanism.
Therefore, the cage will not dislocate even in high-speed operation.
At vertical installations as well, the cage remains in its proper position.
As a result of this feature, many inventive applications can be found.

This is a unit-type finite-linear-motion system, in which balls are
positioned between the base and slider on the needle roller raceways.
With its incorporated stoppers, type LS can prevent a damage and deformation
due to collision between the cage and end plate.

Type LSC features driving air cylinders in its base. The feeding of air
through two ports on the base end face causes reciprocal movement. As the
cylinders are of the double-acting type, the right- and left-hand movement rates
can be controlled independently using different speed controllers. The cylinders
and pistons consist of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy with its surfaces
provided with special treatment to improve durability. The cage, constructed
using the rack-and-pinion mechanism, will not dislocate.
The piping air ports are positioned on one side, providing high accessibility
in a narrow installation location or a location with a complicated shape. This
enables easy assembly.
Shown to the left are specifications for the air cylinders incorporated into
type LSC. |
