Type RSH-WZ

Standard type of Miniature LM Guide. Type RSH-Z modified by increasing both the length and width of the LM block in order to achieve greater load ratings and permissible moments.

 

 

 

         Balls roll in two rows of precision-ground raceways on an LM rail and an LM block.
      The end plate attached to the LM block causes the trains of balls to circulate.
      As the balls are held in place by the retaining plate, they do not fall off if the LM rail is removed from the block.

      In type RSH, a Miniature LM Guide with a ball fall-off prevention mechanism,
      balls circulate in the compact body of the LM block, making it better suited for high-speed motion
      than other designs. Linear motion can therefore be achieved with no limitation on the stroke length.
      The LM block is designed so as to be space-saving yet provide the required rigidity.
      When used in combination with large-diameter balls, the LM block can ensure high rigidity in all directions.
